Our return policy extends for a period of 45 days. If 45 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate the refund process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Products are eligible for return solely if they remain in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are ineligible for refund. To request your Return Authorization Number (RA#), kindly email [email protected], providing a detailed explanation for the return along with accompanying images or a video of the product validating your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you may mail the product intended for return.

To ensure the tracking of your refund, we recommend utilizing a traceable mail service. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost or misplaced packages. Kindly dispatch the item marked as a gift.

Upon the receipt of your package, the returned products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be dispatched to the email address used during the initial purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
  • Items returned beyond the 45-day delivery window

Certain categories of goods are exempt from returns, including intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, items exceeding 50 pounds cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Refund processing time is 5 business days. If you have not yet received a refund, please first verify your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges (if applicable): We exclusively facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected].

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation of Orders: Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an order is canceled before processing and/or shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking expenses and charges incurred by credit card companies for refunds.

Invalid Reasons for Cancellation:

  • Buyer no longer desires the items
  • Buyer discovers items at a cheaper price elsewhere

The buyer is urged to confirm their purchase intention before placing an order, as the submission of an order establishes a legally binding agreement to purchase all items therein.
