International Warranty and Support

At WatchWinderUSA, all products (watch winders, watch boxes, and watch safes) are dispatched with an international warranty card. Please be aware that service centers in certain countries may not honor warranty claims for items purchased from overseas online vendors. In such instances, WatchWinderUSA provides a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering your purchase. Watches bought from WatchWinderUSA are protected by this warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty guarantees that the product (excluding consumables or articles with limited durability such as batteries, bands, and cases) is free from quality defects at the time of delivery. During the warranty period, which spans one year from the date of purchase, you may avail of warranty services. To do so, please forward the product, postage paid, along with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, to our store. For all valid warranty services, there will be no charge for parts or labor. Considering the potential risk of damage or loss during shipping, we recommend securely packaging the product and sending it insured, return receipt requested.

The warranty does not cover repairs or adjustments under the following conditions:

  • The issue arises from improper, rough, or careless handling.
  • The damage results from fire or other natural disasters.
  • The product has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than WatchWinderUSA authorized personnel.
  • Damage to the case, band, glass, or battery due to wear or accident.
  • Lack of presentation of proof of purchase when requesting service.
  • The warranty period has lapsed.

For warranty service, please submit a warranty request via email to [email protected]. You should only send the watch back to us for warranty service once we have approved the request and provided you with the return address.

WatchWinderUSA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.

Our 45-Day Warranty

All products are accompanied by a free replacement warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that all issues are resolved promptly. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange to send the correct items or refund your payment. For defective or faulty products, please send us photos or videos to [email protected], and we will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.

Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is valid for 45 days. If 45 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To process a refund, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing [email protected] with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the product that substantiates your claim. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse to which you can mail the product.

Please use a trackable mail service to ensure the safe return of your item as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send the item back as a gift.

If you receive a refund, you will be assessed a 20% restocking fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. In addiction, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns.

Upon receipt of your returned package, your products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address you used when making your original purchase.

Exchanges and Sale Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and charges assessed for refunds by credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons for Refund or Return

  • Buyer no longer wants the items – this is a common scenario which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value. Ensure you are certain before placing an order.
  • Buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere – Before submitting an order, please be sure you are prepared to pay the asking prices as you enter into a legally binding contract with us
